Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares tax returns, financials, workpapers, and compliance tasks accurately and on time
  • Follows workflow processes, job stages, documentation requirements, and internal procedures
  • Delivers high quality, review‑ready work with minimal rework
  • Escalates issues early and communicates job progress consistently
  • Participates in continuous improvement, training, and building technical capability

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor of Accounting (or equivalent)
  • CA/CPA (completed or in progress is advantageous)
  • 2–5 years’ experience (Intermediate) or 5+ years’ experience (Senior) in Australian public practice
  • Strong understanding of tax and compliance requirements
  • Experience with accounting software (Xero, XPM, FYI or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
